John M. Bell, M.D. - President of the Oklahoma City Clinic
Where practicing law was the family norm, John M. Bell, stepped outside of the box and began a successful career in medicine. In 1987, the Oklahoma City native received his degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. Dr. Bell keeps the Oklahoma City Clinic thriving under his leadership as President of the Clinic. In addition to his Ophthalmology practice, he is the father of two and husband to Pam. He also remains an active community leader involved in various associations and is an elder at First Christian Church in Norman.

R. Scott Vaughn, CPA - Chief Executive Officer of the Oklahoma City Clinic
Scott is the Chief Executive Officer of the Oklahoma City Clinic, a multi-specialty physician group. His role as CEO includes responsibility for all operational aspects of the business as well as regulatory, marketing and business development activities. Scott was previously a partner with a top 10 national CPA and consulting firm for 17 years. During his tenure with the firm, he served as the National Industry Partner providing oversight to the firm's national health care audit, tax and consulting practice. Scott has been actively involved in community and civic organizations, most recently serving as the president of the Child Abuse Network in Tulsa and as a member of the advisory board for the Oklahoma State University School of Accounting. In 2008, the Speaker of Oklahoma House of Representatives appointed Scott to serve on the board of investors for the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust. Scott received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Oklahma State University in 1993.
